फ्लाइट में गाली-गलौज कर रहा था शख्स, BJP विधायक ने रोका तो करने लगा हाथापाई, सरोजनी नगर थाने में मामला दर्ज
दिल्ली-लखनऊ फ्लाइट में बीजेपी विधायक राकेश सिंह और एक यात्री के बीच हाथापाई हो गई। अधिकारियों ने बुधवार को बताया कि यह घटना मंगलवार को एयर इंडिया की फ्लाइट संख्या AI-837 में हुई। अपशब्दों के इस्तेमाल को लेकर दोनों के बीच बहस हुई और जब प्लेन हवा में था, तभी हाथापाई शुरू हो गई। समद अली नाम के यात्री पर आरोप है कि वह फोन पर बात करते समय कथित तौर पर अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल कर रहा था। इस पर अमेठी के गौरीगंज से विधायक राकेश प्रताप सिंह ने आपत्ति जताई। इसके बाद आरोपी ने विधायक से ही झगड़ना शुरू कर दिया। लखनऊ में फ्लाइट से उतरने के बाद राकेश सिंह ने संवाददाताओं से कहा, “वह व्यक्ति अपमानजनक शब्दों का प्रयोग करता रहा, जो किसी भी सभ्य समाज में अस्वीकार्य हैं। जब मैंने उसे सख्ती से रोकने की कोशिश की, तो उसने मेरे साथ भी दुर्व्यवहार किया।”
एक सूत्र ने बताया कि बीच हवा में स्थिति बिगड़ने पर केबिन क्रू को दोनों को अलग करने के लिए आगे आना पड़ा। बाद में राकेश सिंह ने सरोजनी नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में यात्री के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई, जिसके बाद एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई। फतेहपुर जिले के हथगांव थाना अंतर्गत रज्जीपुर गांव के मूल निवासी समद अली को पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया है। पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। नेता ने कहा, “संविधान हमें आजादी देता है, लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि हम इसका दुरुपयोग दूसरों की गरिमा का हनन करने के लिए कर सकते हैं।”
पुलिस का बयान
सरोजनीनगर पुलिस ने बताया कि 30 सितंबर को समय करीब शाम 6.48 बजे राकेश प्रताप सिंह ने लिखित सूचना देकर बताया कि वह फ्लाइट संख्या AI 837 एयर इण्डिया दिल्ली से लखनऊ यात्रा कर रहे थे। किन्हीं कारणों से फ्लाइट लेट हो गई। ऐसे में उनके बगल में बैठा व्यक्ति अकारण ही तेज-तेज आवाज में गाली गलौज करने लगा। उन्होंने और अन्य लोगों ने इसका विरोध किया तो वह हाथपाई और धक्का-मुक्की करने लगा। इसके बाद क्रू मेंबर ने उसे पीछे की सीट पर बैठा दिया। आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर उसे हिरासत में लिया गया है।
