Liquor Scam : के. कविता लायी गयी राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट, अभिषेक बोइनपल्ली ने कहा ‘विजय नायर को 100 करोड़ रुपये’ !
Liquor Scam : शराब और निति घोटाले के मामले में के. कविता को दिल्ली के राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में लाया गया। जहा पर सीबीआई ने कविता को पांच दिन की सीबीआई हिरासत में, एक याचिका दायर की है। इस मामले में कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायधीश कावेरी बावेजा ने दोनों ही पाछो के वकीलों की दलीले सुनी और आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया गया है। सीबीआई ने अपनी दलील में कहा की इससे पहले दक्षिण के एक ग्रुप की शराब कंपनी, दिल्ली के सीएम अरविन्द केजरीवाल से, अपना शराब का कारोबार दिल्ली में फ़ैलाने के मकसद से बात की थी , जिसके बाद अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने अस्वासन दिया। इसके साथ ही सीबीआई ने कहा की हमारे पास प्रयाप्त व्हट्सप्प चाट और बयान मौजूद है।
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, सीबीआई ने में कहा की, सरकारी गवाह बने दिनेश अरोड़ा से ये साफ़ होता है। अभिषेक बोइनपल्ली ने ये अपने बयां में कहा है की विजय नायर को इस चीज़ के लिए 100 करोड़ रुपये दिए गए है। सूत्रों की माने, ये बात बूचीबाबू की चैट से साफ जाहिर होता है, की के.कविता इंडोस्प्रिट्स में साझेदारी थी। जिस वजह से आरोपी मनीष सिसोदिया के दवाब में आके, कंपनी के ब्लैकलिस्ट होने के बावजूद, कमपनी को लाइसेंस दिया गया था।
रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो, कविता के वकील ने इस दलील को अवैध बता कर , सीबीआई जांच का विरोध किया। इसके साथ वकील ने एजेंसी पर मौलिक अधिकारों का उलंघन करने का आरोप लगाया है। अभी कुछ दिन पहल, सीबीआई ने विशेष अधिकार लेके कबिता से जेल में पूछ ताछ की।
