Gurmeet Ram Rahim News In Hindi : बहुत चर्चित रणजीत सिंह हत्याकांड मामले में एक नई खबर निकल कर आ रही है। पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट में राम रहीम को बड़ी राहत देते हुए उन्हें दोष मुक्त करार कर दिया है। इस मामले में सीबीआई की अदालत ने राम रहीम को दोषी करार देते हुए उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई थी। राम रहीम ने उम्र कैद की सजा के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में अपील की गई थी। हाई कोर्ट ने उनकी अपील पर मंगलवार को फैसला सुनाते हुए, सीबीआई की अदालत के फैसले को रद्द कर दिया। इस मामले में सभी विस्तृत आदेश आना बाकी है।

आपको बता दे की रणजीत सिंह सिरसा डेरे का प्रबंधन था। एक शक की वजह से 22 साल पहले रणजीत सिंह की हत्या कर दी गई थी। रणजीत सिंह हरियाणा कुरुक्षेत्र के रहने वाले थे। 10 जुलाई 2002 को उनकी गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। एक गुमनाम व्यक्ति ने स्वर्गीय एवं पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेई को एक चिट्ठी लिखी थी। चिट्ठी में राम रहीम की जांच की मांग की थी गई थी। डेरा प्रबंधक को शक था, कि रंजीत सिंह ने साध्वी यौन शोषण मामले में गुमनाम चिट्टी अपनी बहन से लिखवाई थी।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार यह वही चिट्ठी है जैसा जिसे सिरसा के पत्रकार रामचंद्र छत्रपति ने अपने संध्या कालीन समाचार पत्र ‘पूरा सच’ में छपा था। जिसकी वजह से 24 अक्टूबर 2022 को रामचंद्र छत्रपति पर हमला कर उन्हें गोलियों से छलनी कर दिया गया था। 21 नवंबर 2002 को दिल्ली के अपोलो अस्पताल में रामचंद्र की मौत हो गई थी।

रणजीत सिंह के बेटे जगजीत सिंह पुलिस रिपोर्ट से असंतुस्ट होकर 2023 में हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर सीबीआई जांच की मांग की। हाईकोर्ट ने बेटे के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाकर जांच सीबीआई को सौपी गयी। जब सीबीआई मामले की जांच करते हैं तो इस मामले में राम रहीम और पांच लोगों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया जाता है। 2007 में कोर्ट ने आरोपियों पर चार्ज फॉर्म किए थे। हालांकि शुक्रवार में इस मामले में डेरा प्रमुख का नाम नहीं था। लेकिन 2003 में जांच सीबीआई को सौंपने के बाद 2006 में राम रहीम के ड्राइवर खट्टा सिंह के बयान के आधार पर डेरा प्रमुख का नाम इस हत्याकांड में शामिल कर लिया गया था। 2021 में सीबीआई की अदालत में गुरमीत राम रहीम सहित पांच दोषियों की उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई गई थी। साध्वी यौन शोषण मामले में राम रहीम को 20 साल की सजा हुई थी। इन दिनों राम रहीम रोहतक के सुनारिया जेल में है।
