Mahadev Betting App Case : महादेव बैटिंग एप में बहुत बुरी तरीके से फंसे हुए हैं। अभिनेता साहिल खान खबरों के मुताबिक अधिकारियों के जांच के दौरान साहिल खान का पता न चलने पर उन्हें फरार घोषित कर दिया गया था। जिसके बाद से मुंबई हाई कोर्ट द्वारा उनकी गिरफ्तारी पूर्व जमानत खरीदने के बाद मुंबई साइबर सेल ने एक विशेष टीम में अभिनेता को छत्तीसगढ़ से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक Mahadev Betting App पर मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग, धोखाधड़ी और मैच फिक्सिंग का आरोप लगा है। इस मामले में कई अभिनेता और अभिनेत्री मामले में फंसे हुए हैं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक महादेव सट्टेबाजी आप घोटाले में साहिल खान की भूमिका अभी तक सामने नहीं आई है। हालांकि पुलिस के रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक क्या कहा गया, कि महादेव बैटिंग आपको बढ़ावा दिया गया और लोगों को उसका उपयोग करने के लिए आग्रह कर, उनसे काफी मोटी रकम कमाई गई है। इस मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और धोखाधड़ी और मैच फिक्सिंग के आरोप में Actor Sahil Khan से एसआईटी ने दिसंबर 2023 को जवाब तलब किया था। लेकिन इस जवाब तलब में अभिनेता शामिल नहीं हुए थे। अग्रिम जमानत के लिए आवेदन करके गिरफ्तारी से बच रहे थे।
मुंबई हाई कोर्ट ने उनकी गिरफ्तारी की पूर्व याचिका को खारिज कर अभिनेता को मुंबई हाई कोर्ट द्वारा अंतरिम सुरक्षा दी गई थी। वह मुंबई पुलिस के सामने पेश हुए जहां पर मुंबई पुलिस ने उनसे 3 घंटे तक पूछताछ की। साहिल खान ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी और फिर को लेकर कोर्ट में आज का दायर की थी। जिसे मुंबई हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया। कोर्ट ने यह भी का अभिनेता साहिल खान से कि वह मुंबई पुलिस का सहयोग करें। मुंबई पुलिस में शनिवार को साहिल खान के घर पर गई, लेकिन वह लापता थे। कई प्रयासों के बाद जब उनका पता नहीं चला तो उन्हें फरार घोषित कर दिया गया इसके बाद से मुंबई साइबरसेल ने एक विशेष टीम बनाकर में छत्तीसगढ़ से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
