दहेज के लिए बहू को कोबरा सांप से डसवाया, हंसते रहे ससुराल वाले, सात लोगों पर FIR दर्ज
कानपुर के कर्नलगंज थानाक्षेत्र में दहेज में पांच लाख नहीं देने पर ससुराव वालों ने एक दुल्हन को ऐसी सजा दी जिसे सुनकर आपकी रूह कांप जाएगी। दहेज की मांग पूरी नहीं होने पर एक विवाहिता को ससुराल वालों ने एक कमरे में बंद कर उस कमरे में कोबरा सांप छोड़ दिया। बहू को सांप ने काट लिया, जिसके बाद वह दर्द से तड़पती रही, लेकिन ससुराल वाले उसे बचाने की जगह हंसते रहे। पीड़िता की बहन ने उसे किसी तरह से बचाकर अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जहां उसका इलाज चल रहा है। दहेज दानवों की इस करतूत की जितनी भर्त्सना की जाए, कम है।
पांच लाख मांग रहे थे कैश
जानकारी के अनुसार कानपुर के चमनगंज निवासी रिजवाना ने बताया कि उनकी बहन रेशमा का निकाह 19 मार्च 2021 को कर्नलगंज के शहनवाज से हुआ था। शादी के कुछ समय बाद ही ससुराल वाले कम दहेज को लेकर रेशमा को ताने देने और यातनाएं देने लगे। पिता ने डेढ़ लाख रुपये दिए, लेकिन उन्होंने और पांच लाख रुपये की मांग की। मांग पूरी नहीं होने पर ससुराल वालों ने रेशमा को 18 सितंबर को एक पुराने बंद कमरे में जबरन बंद कर दिया।
बहू के कमरे में छोड़ दिया सांप
रिजवाना के मुताबिक, ससुराल वालों ने रेशमा को कमरे में बंद करने के बाद नाली से उस कमरे में कोबरा सांप छोड़ा। देर रात सांप ने रेशमा के पैर में डस लिया। वह दर्द से चीखती रही, लेकिन ससुराल वालों ने दरवाजा नहीं खोला और बाहर हंसते रहे। रेशमा ने बहन को फोन कर बुलाया, जिसके बाद बहन रिजवाना ने उसे ससुराल से निकालकर हैलट अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया।
पुलिस ने सात लोगों पर दर्ज किया मुकदमा
रिजवाना की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने पति शहनवाज, सास, ससुर, जेठ और ननद समेत सात लोगों के खिलाफ गैर इरादतन हत्या के प्रयास सहित अन्य गम्भीर धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि मामले की गहन जांच की जा रही है।
