Jharkhand CM : जमीन के जुड़े विवाद को लेकर ईडी के गिरफ्त में मौजूद पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को झारखंड कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा। दरसल रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक हेमंत सोरेन के द्वारा गिरफ्तारी को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका को कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया। साथ ही अंतरिम जमानत की यचिका को भी खारिज कर दिया। खबरों के मुताबिक कोर्ट ने हेमंत सोरेन को थोड़ी राहत दी है। उन्होंने 6 में को अपने चाचा के श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने की अनुमति दे दी गई है हालांकि कोर्ट ने या भी आदेश दिया है कि हेमंत सोरेन मीडिया से दूर रहेंगे
छह में को होगी सुनवाई
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक हेमंत सोरेन द्वारा दर्ज की गई आजका में यह कहा गया कि जिस जमीन की बात एड कर रही है दर्शन व जमीन कभी हेमंत सोरेन की थी ही नहीं कोर्ट द्वारा फैसले को देरी से सुनने के कारण हेमंत सोरेन ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में या आज का दायर कर दी थी जिस पर छह में को सुप्रीम कोर्ट सुनवाई करेगी।
रांची की अदालत में लगा था झटका
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 27 अप्रैल को सोरेन को कोर्ट से काफी बड़ा झटका लगा। जिसमें पीएमएलए अदालत ने भूमि घोटाले के एक मामले में हेमंत सोरेन को जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया था। आपको बता दे की हेमंत सोरेन के चाचा राम सोरेन का शनिवार को सुबह निधन हो गया था। वह लंबे अरसे से बीमार चल रहे थे। सोरेन ने अपने चाचा के क्रिया कर्म में शामिल होने के लिए अदालत में जमानत की याचिका दायर की थी। जिसके बाद सुनवाई के बाद याचिका को खारिज कर दिया गया।
एक हफ्ते के लिए थे एड की ग्राफ्ट में
आपको बता दे की हेमंत सोरेन पर भूमि घोटाले एवं धन संशोधन से जुड़े आरोप उन पर लगे हैं। जिस कारण परिवर्तन निदेशालय ने 31 जनवरी को उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक फिलहाल रांची के बिरसा मुंडा जेल में न्याय किरासत में है। कोर्ट ने ईडी को एक हफ्ते का समय दिया है। हेमंत सोरेन के जमानत याचिका पर जवाब देने के लिए।
रांची के 8.86 एकड़ जमीन से जुड़ा है मामला
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक हेमंत सोरेन पर जमीन और धन संशोधन के मामले में आरोप लगे हैं। सोरेन के खिलाफ जांच में या पाया गया, कि 8.86 एकड़ जमीन उनसे जुड़ी हुई है। जिसे उन्होंने अवैध तौर पर अपने नाम करवाया था। इस मामले में एड ने जांच के दौरान फ्रंटमैन में राजकुमार पहन और हिलारियास कच्छप तथा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री के कथित सहयोगी विनोद सिंह के खिलाफ 30 मार्च को आरोप पत्र दायर किया था। सोरेन ने रांची के विशेष सलालत के समक्ष जमानत याचिका दायर की थी। जिसमें उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उनके उनकी गिरफ्तारी राजनीति के प्रेरित तथा भाजपा में शामिल होने के लिए मजबूर करने की एक सूची समझी साजिश है।
