Arvind Kejriwal News : शराब और नीति घोटाले में अरविंद केजरीवाल इस समय तिहाड़ जेल में बंद है। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में आज का दायर की गवर्नमेंट नियमित रूप से डॉक्टर से सलाह लेना चाहते हैं। इस याचिका पर सुनवाई के लिए कोर्ट ने एड से जवाब मांगा गुरुवार को कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान अपना जवाब दिया।
ईडी ने दिया यह जवाब
ईडी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में यह करते हुए कहा कि “अरविंद केजरीवाल जानबूझकर मीठे का सेवन कर रहे हैं, जो की एक मधुमेह पीड़ित व्यक्ति को लेना वर्जित होता है। ऐसे में अगर वह लगातार मीठे चीजों का सेवन करते हैं, तो इसको आधार बनाकर वह जमानत ले सकते हैं” सूत्रों के मुताबिक अरविंद केजरीवाल को लेवल 2 का मधुमेह है। ऐसे में अगर मीठे का सेवन ज्यादा होता है तो बीमार एवं शुगर लेवल बढ़ाने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है इस सुनवाई के बाद कोर्ट ने ईडी से आहार चार्ट की एक रिपोर्ट जमा करने के निर्देश दिए।

ईडी की तरफ से सुनवाई कर रहे विशेष वकील ज़ोहेब हुसैन ने कहा कि “डाइट चार्ट अदालत के समक्ष रखा गया है। डाइट चार्ट में आम और मिठाइयाँ थीं, हमने इसे अदालत के समक्ष रखा है। वह विशेष रूप से मीठा भोजन खा रहे थे जो किसी भी मधुमेह रोगी के लिए अनुमति नहीं है। मामला अदालत के समक्ष लंबित है। “

ईडी ने अपनी तरफ से डाइट चार्ट को कोर्ट में जमा करवा दिया है। जिस पर कोर्ट ने सुनवाई करने का फैसला, अगले दिन यानी 19 अप्रैल 2024 को करने का निर्देश दिया है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक ईडी का कहना है, कि अरविंद केजरीवाल जानबूझकर मीठे का सेवन कर रहे हैं। जिसके बाद वह कोर्ट में इस चीज को आधार बनाकर जमानत के लिए अर्जी दे सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही ईडी ने यह भी कहा कि तिहाड़ जेल में बंद अरविन्द केजरीवाल हर दिन पूरी, आलू इत्यादि चीजों का सेवन करते हैं।
