आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता Manish Sisodia को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है। अदालत ने सिसोदिया की जमानत याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। बता दे इस मामले में सिसोदिया ने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया था। दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने परिवर्तन निदेशालय यानी कि ईडी और सीबीआई द्वारा दर्ज किए गए मामले में मनीष सिसोदिया की जमानत याधिका को खारिज कर दिया था।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अदालत ने कहा कि ईडी और सीबीआई के आरोप पत्र दाखिल करने के बाद मनीष सिसोदिया या फिर से जमानत याचिका दायर कर सकेंगे। न्यायमूर्ति अरविंद कुमार और संदीप मेहता की पीठ के समक्ष ईडी और सीबीआई की ओर से सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता पेश हुए। उन्होंने कहा कि जांच एजेंसी 3 जुलाई तक आरोप पत्र दाखिल करेंगे।

सूत्रों के अनुसार सिसोदिया की तरफ से लड़ रहे वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी पेश हुए। उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जमानत की मांग करते हुए कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी नेता 15 महीना से हिरासत में और इस मामले में अभी तक ट्रायल भी नहीं हुआ। अदालत ने कहा कि सिसोदिया की जमानत नहीं हो सकती।

आपको बता दे की 17 नंबर 2021 को दिल्ली सरकार के राज्य में नई अधिकारी नीति लागू की गयी थी। इसके तहत राजधानी में 32 जोन बनाए गए थे। हर जोन में ज्यादा से ज्यादा 27 दुकान खुलनी थी। इस तरह से कुल मिलाकर 849 दुकान खोलने थे। नई अधिकारी नीति में दिल्ली की सभी शराब की दुकानों को प्राइवेट कर दिया गया। इससे पहले दिल्ली के शराब के साथ 60 प्रतिशत दुकान सरकारी और 40% प्राइवेट थी। नई नीति लागू होने के बाद 100% प्राइवेट हो गई। सरकार ने तर्क दिया था कि इससे 3500 करोड रुपए का फायदा होगा। सरकार ने लाइसेंस की फीस भी कई गुना बढ़ा दी थी। जिस L1 लाइसेंस के लिए पहले ठेकेदारों को 25 लाख देना पड़ता था। नई आबकारी नीति लागू होने के बाद उनके लिए ठेकेदारों को 5 करोड रुपए चुकाने पड़े। इसी तरह से अन्य लाइसेंस की फीस में काफी बढ़ोतरी हुई।
