शिक्षा मंत्री ने दी चेतावनी; शिक्षक भी पढ़ लें ये खबर, कितना भी ऊंचे पद पर क्यों ना हो?
नियमों का उल्लंघन कर सरकारी आदेश जारी करने वाले अफसरों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। शिक्षा मंत्री विजय कुमार चौधरी ने विधान परिषद में इसकी घोषणा करते हुए सदस्यों से कहा कि वे ऐसी गड़बड़ी की जानकारी दें, निश्चित ही उस मामले की जांच कर कार्रवाई होगी। अधिकारी कितने भी ऊंचे पद पर हो, सरकार या नियम से ऊपर चलने की छूट किसी को नहीं है।
वह बुधवार को शिक्षा विभाग के द्वारा जारी निर्देश के विरोध में समीर कुमार सिंह, संजीव कुमार सिंह, संजय कुमार सिंह और संजय पासवान के ध्यानाकर्षण का जवाब दे रहे थे संजीव कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि विभाग के प्रधान सचिव बिना मंत्री के अनुमोदन के ही स्थानांतरण कर दे रहे हैं। बिना सक्षम प्राधिकार के अनुमोदन के ही कॉलेजों को संबद्धता दी जा रही है। संजय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि छुट्टी लेकर प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने वाले शिक्षकों पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
‘मीडिया में गलत बयान देने लगते हैं’
गिट्टी-बालू गिराने वाली एजेंसी को प्राध्यापकों की नियुक्ति का अधिकार दे दिया गया है, यह सब अफसर की मनमानी से हो रहा है। इस पर शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि कोई भी स्थानांतरण सक्षम प्राधिकार के अनुमोदन के बिना नहीं हुआ है। कुछ पदाधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। कुछ लोग स्वयं संघ बना कर सक्रिय हो जाते हैं और मीडिया में गलत बयान देने लगते हैं। ऐसे लोग शैक्षणिक माहौल खराब करते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि माहौल सुधारने के लिए कुछ कदम उठाए गए हैं। शैक्षणिक सत्र, परीक्षा और रिजल्ट समय पर जारी कराने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग ने विश्वविद्यालयों को पत्र भेजा है। कालेजों में प्रतिदिन पांच कक्षा लेने संबंधी आदेश भी इसी कड़ी में जारी हुए हैं।
