नोएडा की सोसाइटी में कुंवारों की एंट्री पर रोक, क्या है फरमान की सच्चाई?
उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा सेक्टर-99 स्थित सुप्रीम टॉवर सोसाइटी में AOA (अपार्टमेंट ऑनर एसोसिएशन) ने निवासियों और किराए पर रहने वाले बैचलर्स के लिए अजीबो-गरीब फरमान सुनाया था. जिसे लेकर अब AOA ने सफाई दी है. अपार्टमेंट ऑनर एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी का कहना है कि सोसायटी में किसी गेस्ट को रुकने की मनाही नहीं है. बस जो भी गेस्ट आए, उसका नाम और पता दर्ज करवाना होगा. ऐसा इसलिए किया जा रहा है ताकि सोसाइटी में अवैध गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाई जा सके.
AOA पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि ऐसा सुरक्षा कारणों से किया जा रहा है. बता दें, हाल ही में AOA ने सोसाइटी में नियम बनाया है कि कोई भी बैचलर किरायेदार अपने फ्लैट पर किसी किसी गेस्ट को रात में नहीं रोक सकता है. अगर उनके यहां पर कोई गेस्ट आता है तो परमिशन लेनी होगी. उसके बाद ही रात में किसी गेस्ट को अपने फ्लैट पर रोक सकता है.

सोसाइटी किरायेदारों को इसे लेकर नोटिस दिया गया है. इस नोटिस के मुताबिक, बैचलर किराएदारों को अपने घर रात में रुकने वाले अतिथियों के लिए एओए बोर्ड से पहले अनुमति लेनी होगी. सोसाइटी में रहने वाले किरायेदारों को AOA ने एक फॉर्म भी दिया है. जिसमें नियम के बार में लिखा गया है. उस फॉर्म को भरकर AOA बोर्ड को जमा करवाना होगा.
सोसाइटी में रहने वाले बैचलर्स में दिखी नाराजगी
AOA के इस फरमान बाद से ही सोसायटी में रहने वाले बैचलर किरायेदारों में काफी नाराजगी दिखी. कुछ लोगों ने AOA के इस फरमान को गलत बताया. कहा कि अगर सोसाइटी में किसी किराएदार की तबीयत खराब होती है तो क्या वो अपने किसी रिश्तेदार को बुला भी नहीं सकता? इन हालातों में भी क्या वो सोसाइटी की फॉर्मेलिटी को पूरा करने में लगा रहेगा? वहीं, कुछ लोगों ने इस फरमान को सही भी बताया. कहा कि कई बार सोसाइटी में हम लोगों को बहुत ज्यादा दिक्कत होती है क्योंकि यहां जो बैचलर किराए पर रहते हैं वो देर रात तक तेज आवाज में म्यूजिक बजाते हैं. शराब पीकर शोर करते हैं और कई नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाते हैं. जिसकी वजह से हम लोगों की नींद खराब होती है. इसलिए सुरक्षा के लिहाज से यह नियम सही है.
