हाईकोर्ट में यूपी सरकार ने दी जानकारी, एक किलोमीटर से अधिक दूरी के स्कूलों की नहीं होगी पेयरिंग
लखनऊ। हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में गुरूवार को स्कूलों की पेयरिंग के मामले में सुनवायी हुयी। याची पक्ष की ओर से उपस्थित अधिवक्ता गौरव मेहरोत्रा ने बताया कि सीतापुर में स्कूलों की पेयरिंग पर यथास्थिति अगली सुनवायी तक बरकरार रखने के आदेश न्यायालय ने दिए हैं।
वहीं राज्य सरकार की ओर से न्यायालय को अवगत कराया गया है कि एक किलोमीटर से कम दूरी वाले तथा जिन स्कूलों में 50 से अधिक बच्चे हैं, उनकी पेयरिंग नहीं की जाएगी। इस पर मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति अरुण भंसाली व न्यायमूर्ति जसप्रीत सिंह की खंडपीठ ने सरकार को इस सम्बंध में पारित आदेश को रिकॉर्ड पर लाने का आदेश दिया है। मामले की अगली सुनवायी 1 सितम्बर को होगी।
