Arvind Kejariwal latest News In Hindi : दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जमानत मंजूर कर दी है। आपको बता दे कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी. जिसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिका को मंजूर कर शुक्रवार को सुनवाई करने का आदेश दिया था। आज सुनवाई के दौरान अरविंद केजरीवाल को एक जून तक जमानत मंजूर कर दी गई है। आपको बता दे कि ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को 21 मार्च को शराब घोटाले व नीति आयोग के घोटाले में सुनवाई के दौरान गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।

दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत मंजूर कर दी गई है। लेकिन उन्हें कोर्ट द्वारा दी गई शर्तों को मानना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। आपको बता दें कि ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल के गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ एक हलफनामे में यह कहा था कि अगर अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत मिल जाती है तो यह एक बड़ा बदलाव होगा कानून व्यवस्था में क्योंकि कोई भी व्यक्ति जेल से चुनाव लड़ सकता है। लेकिन उसे जमानत मंजूर नहीं होती है। ऐसे में यह एक बड़ी बात है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत मिल गई है।
अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत मंजूर करने के बाद कोर्ट ने कई शर्तें उन पर लागू की है। शर्तों में यह कहा गया है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल 2 जून को समर्पण कर जेल में वापस लौट कर आना होगा। इसके अलावा अरविंद केजरीवाल पर ₹50000 का मुचलका भरना होगा। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि वह आबकारी नीति घोटाले से जुड़े मनी लर्निंग के मामले में अपनी भूमिका पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं कर सकेंगे। अपने बयान का उन्हें पालन करना है किसी भी आधिकारिक फाइल पर तब तक दस्तख़त नहीं कर करेंगे, जब तक मामला उपराज्यपाल से मंजूरी हासिल करने जितना जरूरी ना हो। इसके अलावा मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल कार्यालय और दिल्ली सचिवालय नहीं जाएंगे। वह किसी भी गवाह से बात नहीं कर सकेंगे और मामले से जुड़े अधिकारियों दस्तावेज को नहीं देख सकेंगे।
अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कई टिप्पणियां भी की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को दिए गए अंतरिम जमानत को उनके खिलाफ मामले में जुड़े अच्छा दोस्त पर दी गई राय ना माना जाय। केजरीवाल के खिलाफ गंभीर आरोप है, लेकिन वह इस आरोपी में दोषी नहीं पाए गए हैं। उनका कोई आपराधिक इतिहास नहीं है ना ही वह समाज के लिए खतरा है। लोकसभा चुनाव के मध्य नजर समग्र और उदार दृष्टिकोण उचित है। केजरीवाल डेढ़ साल तक बाहर रहे हैं पहले या बाद में गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ।
