Dhananjay Singh Jail: सात साल की सजा कायम, कोर्ट ने कहा “नहीं लड़ सकते चुनाव”
Dhananjay Singh Jail : पूर्व सांसद और धनंजय सिंह को हाई कोर्ट से मिली बड़ी राहत कोर्ट ने उन्हें जमानत मंजूर कर दिए। इसके साथ ही उनके सात साल की सजा को जारी रखा है। कोर्ट ने यह भी धनंजय सिंह को कहा है कि वह भी चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकते। इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में जौनपुर के पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह को हाई कोर्ट ने जमानत मंजूर कर दिया है। इसके साथ ही सजा को रद्द करने की मांग की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है , रिपोर्ट के माने तो ऐसे में धनंजय सिंह सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटा सकते हैं।

आपको बता दें कि 10 मई 2020 को पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह के ऊपर रंगदारी और अपहरण की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई गई थी। जिसके बाद से पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था। इस मामले में धनंजय सिंह को तीन माह का जिला कारागार हुआ था। कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान उन्हें जमानत मिल गई थी।
आपको बता दे की जौनपुर की एमपी /एमएलए कोर्ट ने 2 अप्रैल 2022 को पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह को रंगदारी और अपहरण के केस में दोषी पाया। इसके बाद से उन्हें 7 साल की सजा 50000 का जुर्माना लगाया गया। इस मामले की सुनवाई 130 तारीख को के बाद की गई थी। आपको बता दे की पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह ने इस 7 साल की सजा के खिलाफ हाई कोर्ट में आज का दायर की थी। जिसके बाद से हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान इस याचिका को खारिज कर दिया गया था। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले की सुनवाई को गुरुवार को पूर्ण कर दिया।
हाईकोर्ट में न्यायमूर्ति संजय कुमार सिंह की पीठ में सुनवाई के दौरान फैसले को सुरक्षित रख लिया गया था। इस मामले की सुनवाई में शनिवार को अदालत में फैसला सुनाया, फैसले में अदालत ने जमानत की मंजूरी दे दी। साथ ही 7 साल की सजा को बरकरार रखने का आदेश दिया है। और साथ में कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा है कि पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकते।
