Liquor Scam: गिरफ़्तारी को लेकर दायर की गयी याचिका पर आज होगी सुनवाई, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनाया ये फैसला ?
Liquor Scam : अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर की गई, याचिका पर सुनवाई, आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में होगी। रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो, अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी को लेकर को हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी। लेकिन याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान हाईकोर्ट ने इसे खारिज कर दिया था। इसके बाद से अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ अपना रुख किया। जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिका को स्वीकृत करते हुए सुनवाई का आदेश दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज जितनी भी सुनवाई होगी। उनमें में से अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका पर भी सुनवाई होगी।
आपको बता दे की लोकसभा इलेक्शन से पहले अरविंद केजरीवाल को बहुत बड़ा झटका लगा था। गिरफ्तारी को लेकर दर्ज की गई याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान खारिज कर दिया था। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने याचिका में गिरफ्तारी और नीति घोटाले मामले को चुनौती दी थी। इस पर कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि “बार-बार संबंध भेजने के बाद भी एजेंसी के सामने ना आकर जांच में सहयोग न करने की वजह से एजेंसी के पास कोई और ऑप्शन नहीं बचा था।”
रिपोर्ट की माने तो अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका को खारिज करने के लिए कोर्ट ने निदेशालय की दावे का भी हवाला दिया था। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल से हुई आय से ज्यादा का उपयोग और उसे सक्रिय रूप से छिपाने के मामले में शामिल थे। इसके साथ कोर्ट ने यह कहा कि “आम और खास आदमी के खिलाफ जांच अलग-अलग नहीं हो सकती”
14 दिन की रिमांड में है अरविंद केजरीवाल
दिल्ली में हुए शराब एवं नीति घोटाले में अरविंद केजरीवाल को ईडी ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। इसके बाद उनकी कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान उन्हें 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया था। जहां पर ईडी, उनसे नीति आयोग और शराब घोटाले के मामले में जांच और पूछताछ करेगी। इस गिरफ्तारी को लेकर अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में दर्ज की, लेकिन हर याचिका को हाई कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया। अभी फिलहाल 15 अप्रैल तक न्यायिक हिरासत में तिहाड़ जेल में अरविंद केजरीवाल को रखा गया है।
