बेहटा में तीसरी बार हुआ ब्लॉस्ट, गड्ढों में दबाया था बारूद, पुलिस की बड़ी लापरवाही!
लखनऊः लखनऊ के गुडंबा थाना क्षेत्र के बेहटा में एक बार फिर ब्लास्ट हो गया है। मंगलवार को देर रात यह धमाका हुआ है। आपको बता दें कि यह 72 घंटे में तीसरी बार है जब ब्लास्ट हुआ है। इससे पहले हुए धमाके में 2 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है और 6 लोग घायल हैं। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों में दहश्त का माहौल फैला हुआ है। इस विस्फोट के बाद से ही पुलिस की लापरवाही पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं।
नहीं हुआ नियमों का पालन…
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, पुलिस और बम निरोधक दस्ते ने सोमवार और मंगलवार को बेहटा गांव और उसके आसपास के क्षेत्रों में तलाशी अभियान चलाया था। इस दौरान लगभग 30 क्विंटल विस्फोटक सामग्री जब्त की गई थी। जिसे 15-15 फीट गहरा गड्ढा करके दबा दिया गया था।
मंगलवार रात को इन गड्ढों में अचानक विस्फोट होने लग गया, जिसके कारण पास में स्थित जल जीवन मिशन के तहत बनी पानी की टंकी क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई और उसमें दरारें भी पड़ गईं। इस घटना से स्थानीय लोग दहशत में आ गए और पूरी रात डर के कारण सो भी नहीं पाए।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि पुलिस ने विस्फोटक सामग्री को नष्ट करने में लापरवाही बरती थी। विस्फोटक को गड्ढे में दबाने के बाद उसमें पानी नहीं डाला गया, जिसके चलते यह विस्फोट हुआ।
