सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सत्येंद्र जैन की सारी याचिकाएं खारिज कर दी है। दरसल धन शोधन मामले में आप पार्टी के नेता सत्येंद्र जैन की सारी याचिकाएं सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज का जल्द से जल्द सरेंडर करने का निर्देश जारी कर दिया है। 14 दिसंबर 2023 को शीर्ष अदालत ने सत्येंद्र जैन की जमानत को बढ़ाकर 8 जनवरी तक कर दी थी।

— ANI (@ANI) March 18, 2024जैन मामले में लगातार दिल्ली न्यायालय के जमानत को खारिज करने से शीर्ष अदालत की तरफ अपना रुख किया। ईडी ने पूर्व आप मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन को अपनी निजी कंपनियों के द्वारा धन शोधन करने के मामले में 30 मई 2022 को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था। ट्रायल कोर्ट में चल रहे इस मामले में जैन को जमानत मंजूर कर दी थी। लेकिन अब जैन मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जमा साडी याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया है और तत्कालीन रूप से सरेंडर करने का आदेश दिया है।
