Delhi News : दिल्ली की राजधानी में पानी के संकट को लेकर दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल और दिल्ली सरकार के बीच एक बार फिर आमना-सामना है। उप राज्यपाल बीके सक्सेना ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि पिछले कुछ दिनों से पानी को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार की गैर जिम्मेदारियां रवैया देखने को मिल रहा है। महिलाएं, बच्चे, बुजुर्ग युवा अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर एक बाल्टी पानी के लिए टैंकर के पीछे भागते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का दिल्ली में 24 घंटे पानी आपूर्ति करने का वादा अब तक तो एक छलावा ही साबित हुआ है।
बी के सक्सेना ने कहा कि हरियाणा-उत्तर प्रदेश लगातार अपने निर्धारित कोटे के हिसाब से पानी की सप्लाई कर रहा है। इसके बाद जो दिल्ली में पानी की कमी की वजह यह है कि जितने भी पानी के उत्पादन हो रहा है उसमें 54% का कोई हिसाब ही नहीं। 40% पानी सप्लाई के दौरान पुरानी और जर्जर पाइप लाइनों की वजह से बर्बाद हो जाता है।
उप राज्यपाल ने यह भी कहा पिछले 10 सालों में दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा हजारों करोड रुपए खर्च करके पुरानी पाइप को लाइनों की न मरम्मत हो सकी और ना ही उन्हें बदला जा सका। ऐसे में ना ही पर्याप्त पाइपलाइन डाली गई। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया की हद तो यह है कि इसी पानी को चोरी करके टैंकर माफिया द्वारा गरीब जनता को बेचा जाता है।
