दिल्ली के सीएम Arvind Kejriwal को आबकारी नीति घोटाले में सीबीआई ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। सीबीआई द्वारा Kejriwal की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी व भाजपा के बीच आरोप-प्रत्यारोप शुरू हो गए हैं।
आप नेता ने केंद्र सरकार पर Kejriwal के विरुद्ध साजिश रखने का आरोप लगाया है। भाजपा ने आप पर पलटवार किया प्रदेश अध्यक्ष वीरेंद्र सचदेवा ने कहा “मुख्यमंत्री से सीबीआई की पूछताछ व गिरफ्तारी से किसी को कोई आश्चर्य नहीं हुआ है। पुराने मामले में उनकी गिरफ्तारी हुई है।”
उन्होंने कहा कि “संजय सिंह और अन्य आप नेताओं को इस बारे में कांग्रेस से पूछना चाहिए। आप की राजनीतिक सहयोगी कांग्रेस की शिकायत पर वर्ष 2022 से सीबीआई इस मामले की जांच कर रही है।”
अभी ताजा खबरों के मुताबिक राहुल एवेन्यू कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का शुगर डाउन हो गया था। जिसके बाद उनको चाय बिस्किट खाने के लिए कोर्ट ने इजाजत दि है। कोर्ट ने सीबीआई के वकील से पूछा कि अभी भी गिरफ्तारी क्यों हुई है। इस पर सीबीआई ने कहा कि इससे पहले अरविंद केजरीवाल सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से दिए गए अंतरिम जमानत पर थे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चुनाव प्रचार के लिए अंतरिम जमानत दी थी अगर इस बीच गिरफ्तार किया जाता है तो गलत संदेश जाता है। हम सुप्रीम कोर्ट की गरिमा को कम नहीं करना चाहते थे। सीबीआई ने अरविंद केजरीवाल की 5 दिन की कस्टडी मांगी है।
