अरविंद केजरीवाल VC के जरिये कोर्ट में हुए पेश, बोले- अगली बार जरूर पेश होंगे
दिल्ली के कथित आबकारी घोटाले से जुड़े मनी लॉड्रिंग मामले में आज दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री और आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में पेश हुए. हालांकि वह कोर्ट में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग (VC) के माध्यम से कोर्ट में पेश हुए. केजरीवाल के वकील ने पेशी से छूट के लिए एप्लिकेशन लगाई.
बजट और विश्वास प्रस्ताव की वजह से नहीं हुऐ पेश
बता दें कि 17 फरवरी को कोर्ट ने उन्हें पेश होने का आदेश दिया था. वह अदालत में वह इस बात का जवाब देंगे कि उन्होंने शराब नीति मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) द्वारा जारी किए गए पांच समनों का जवाब क्यों नहीं दिया. अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में अपने पेश नहीं होने की वजह बताई. उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली सरकार के बजट और विश्वास प्रस्ताव की वजह से पेश नहीं हो रहे हैं.
अगली सुनवाई 16 मार्च को होगी
उन्होंने कहा कि ‘मैं आना चाहता था, लेकिन बजट आ गया, कोर्ट जो भी डेट देगा मैं आ जाऊंगा.’ हालांकि ईडी ने इस बात का विरोध नहीं किया. राउज ऐवन्यू कोर्ट में अगली सुनवाई 16 मार्च को होगी, जिसमें केजरीवाल सुबह 10 बज पेश होंगे.
