AAP Party Swati Maliwal : स्वाति मालीवाल के केस में एक नया रुख ले लिया है। दरअसल खबरों के मुताबिक स्वाति मालीवाल ने आरोप लगाया है कि मुख्यमंत्री आवास के अंदर आप पार्टी के एक कर्मचारी ने उनके साथ बदसलूकी की है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार बीते दिनों स्वाति मालीवाल ने सीएम आवास के भीतर खुद के साथ हुई बदसलूकी की जानकारी पीसीआर कॉल पर दी थी। कॉल में स्वामी ने मुख्यमंत्री के निजी सचिव पर बदसलूकी के आरोप लगाए थे। इसके बाद वह सिविल लाइन थाने पहुंची थी। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि लिखित शिकायत बाद में देने की बात कर स्वाति मालीवाल वहां से चली गई।

खबरों के मुताबिक बीते दिनों आप नेता संजय सिंह ने मीडिया वार्ता के दौरान यह कहा था की “स्वाति मालीवाल के साथ सीएम आवास के अंदर एक कर्मचारी ने बदसलूकी की बात आयी है। इसके साथ ही संजय सिंह ने यह भी कहा कि इस चीज़ को संज्ञान में लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने जांच के आदेश दे दिया है। संजय सिंह ने यह भी कहा कि स्वाति मालीवाल ने आप पार्टी के लिए कई बड़े काम किए हैं। इसके साथ ही वह आप पार्टी की पुरानी सदस्य हैं।”
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के पूर्व निजी संजीव विभव कुमार को महिला आयोग ने शुक्रवार को पेश होने के लिए कहा है। दरअसल विभव कुमार पर आम आदमी पार्टी की संसद मालीवाल के साथ बदसलूकी का आरोप है। खबरों के मुताबिक वैभव कुमार को शुक्रवार यानी 17 में को सुबह के 11:00 बजे राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग के समक्ष पेश होने के लिए कहा गया। महिला आयोग ने मालीवाल के उस पोस्ट को संज्ञान में लेते हुए जिसमें उन्होंने यह दावा किया है कि सीएम आवास के अंदर उनके साथ बदसलूकी हुई है। इन आरोपों पर महिला आयोग में नोटिस जारी किया है।
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार उत्तरी जिला पुलिस उपयुक्त मनोज कुमार मीणा ने बताया था कि सोमवार को सुबह 9:34 पर सीएम आवास से पीसीआर कॉल मिला। महिला ने कॉल पर मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर खुद के साथ बदसलूकी करने का आरोप लगाए थे, बाद में स्वाति मालीवाल सिविल लाइन थाने पहुंची और घटना की जानकारी दी उन्होंने लिखित शिकायत नहीं दी। उपयुक्त ने कहा फिलहाल स्वाति मालीवाल की ओर से कोई लिखित शिकायत नहीं दी गई है। इसके बाद तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। इन आरोपों पर आपकी तरफ से कोई भी स्पष्टीकरण अभी तक सामने नहीं आए।
