Arvind Kejariwal : आप मंत्री आतिशी ने कहाँ “अरविन्द केजरीवाल को मारने की साजिश की जा रही है”
Arvind Kejariwal News : अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बेटे दिलों कोर्ट में आज का दायर करके अपने डॉक्टर से नियमित रूप से जांच करने की मांग की थी। जिसकी सुनवाई पर कोर्ट ने तिहाड़ जेल के आहार चार्ट को रिपोर्ट के तौर पर जमा करने का निर्देश दिया था। इस पर सुनवाई के लिए कोर्ट ने 19 अप्रैल की तारीख तय की थी।
रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार कोर्ट में आज इसी याचिका पर आज का पर सुनवाई होनी है। ईडी की तरफ से सुनवाई कर रहे हैं वकील जुहैब हुसैन ने कोर्ट में कहा था ,कि अरविंद केजरीवाल जानबूझकर मिठाइयां एवं आम फलों का सेवन कर रहे हैं। और साथ में चीनी वाली चाय भी ले रहे हैं। जिससे उनके शुगर के रक्तचाप में बढ़ोतरी हो और इसी चीज को आधार बनाकर वह जमानत ले सके। हुसैन ने आगे रहते हुए कहा कि कोर्ट ने उन्हें मंजूरी दे रखी है, कि घर का खाना वह खा सकते हैं इसका कारण यह है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को उच्च मधुमेह है। वकील का कहना है कि खाने में वह मिठाइयां आलू, पुरी का सेवन कर रहे हैं। जिनसे उन्हें मधुमेह में दिक्कत होने पर इस आधार बनाकर जमानत ले सके।
अरविंद केजरीवाल की तरफ से सुनवाई कर रहे वकील जैन ने ईडी की दलीलों पर आपत्ति जाता कर सरे से नकार दिया इसके साथ ही वकील ने यह भी कहा कि हम मौजूदा दर्ज की गई याचिका को वापस लेकर इससे बेहतर याचिका दर्ज करेंगे। आपको बता दे कि अरविंद केजरीवाल नीति एवं शराब घोटाले में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद है। बीते दिनों अरविंद केजरीवाल के शुगर लेवल गिरकर 46 हो गया था। अचानक हुए इस गिरावट से कोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल के डाइट चार्ट के बारे में रिपोर्ट मांगी।
दिल्ली सरकार में मंत्री आतिशी ने यह कहा कि ईडी के जितने भी बयान है सारे झूठ है। कि अरविंद केजरीवाल तिहाड़ जेल में मीठे का सेवन कर रहे हैं। या पूरी तरीके से झूठा आरोप है। आतिशी ने यह भी कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को तिहाड़ जेल में मारने की साजिश की जा रही है। आगे बयान में आतिशी ने कहा कि किसी भी डॉक्टर से अगर सलाह ली जाए, तो वह यही कहेगा कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति को मधुमेह की बीमारी है तो उसके पास चॉकलेट या कोई भी मीठी चीज होना अनिवार्य है। क्योंकि अचानक शुगर का स्तर गिरने से खतरनाक स्थिति हो सकती है।
अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सिर्फ नवरात्रि के दिन पूरी का सेवन किया था। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने आगे कहते हुए कहा कि, भाजपा अपनी विंग ईडी के जरिए केजरीवाल की सेहत को नुकसान पहुंचाने की कोशिश कर रही है। इसके साथ ही केजरीवाल को घर के खाने की जो अनुमति प्राप्त है। उसको भी बंद करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। आप मंत्री आतिशी ने आरोप लगाते हुए यह कहा कि केजरीवाल का शुगर 300 से अधिक है। तिहाड़ जेल के अधिकारियों ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को इंसुलिन देने से इनकार कर दिया था। आतिशी ने आरोप लगाया कि तिहाड़ जेल में उनको करने की शादी की जा रही है।
