WPL 2024 : शाहरुख के साथ बाइक स्टंट करते नजर आएंगे शाहिद, बढ़ाएंगे महिला क्रिकेटर्स का उत्साह..
अभिनेता शाहिद कपूर इन दिनों अपनी हालिया रिलीज फिल्म तेरी बातों में ऐसा उलझा जिया को लेकर सुर्खियों में हैं। इस फिल्म को दर्शकों से काफी सरहाना मिल रही है। वहीं, अब शाहिद कपूर महिला प्रीमियर लीग डब्ल्यूपीएल 2024 के उद्घाटन समारोह में शाहरुख खान और अन्य बॉलीवुड सितारों के साथ प्रदर्शन करते नजर आएंगे। अभिनेता पहले ही बेंगलुरु पहुंच चुके हैं। शाहिद को बीती रात शाहरुख खान और सिद्धार्थ मल्होत्रा के साथ अपने प्रदर्शन के लिए अभ्यास करते देखे गए। डब्ल्यूपीएल ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो भी साझा किया है, जिसमें अभिनेता बाइक पर बैठे नजर आ रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही शाहिद ने महिला क्रिकेट लीग के प्रति अपने विचार व्यक्त किए।
बचपन से क्रिकेटर बनना चाहते थे शाहिद
शाहिद ने डब्ल्यूपीएल पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा, ‘मुझे क्रिकेट बहुत पसंद है। मेरा बचपन से ही क्रिकेटर बनने का सपना था, जब भी मैं किसी स्टेडियम में आता हूं, तो मुझे बहुत खुशी होती है। मैं उस छोटे बच्चे की तरह महसूस करता हूं, जिसे कैंडी स्टोर में जाने का मौका मिलता है। इसलिए जब भी मैं यहां आता हूं, तो मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगता है। वास्तव में यह बहुत ही शानदार पहल है। मुझे सभी महिलाओं को देखकर बहुत अच्छा लगता है। वे सभी मजबूत एथलीट हैं और वे इन अवसरों की हकदार भी हैं। महिलाओं के लिए अपने कौशल का प्रर्दशन करने का यह एक बेहतरीन मंच है।’
शाहिद के बच्चों को भी पसंद है क्रिकेट खेलना
उन्होंने अपनी बेटी मीशा के क्रिकेट प्रेम के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मेरी एक बेटी है और वह सोचती थी कि क्या महिलाएं भी क्रिकेट खेलती हैं। उन्हें स्पोर्ट बहुत पसंद है। मेरे बेटे को क्रिकेट खेलना पसंद है। वह उनके साथ मुकाबला करना चाहती थी। मैंने अपनी बेटी को कुछ मैच दिखाए और कहा कि लड़कियां क्रिकेट खेल सकती हैं। वे बहुत अच्छे से क्रिकेट मैच खेलती हैं। मुझे बहुत खुशी है कि आखिरकार लीग आ गई है। मैं जैसे आईपीएल के लिए अपने बेटे और बेटी के साथ बैठता हूं, वैसे ही हम डब्ल्यूपीएल के लिए भी बैठेंगे।’
इस फिल्म में नजर आएंगे शाहिद
शाहिद कपूर के वर्कफ्रंट की बात करें तो अभिनेता फिल्म ‘देवा’ में नजर आने वाले हैं। इस फिल्म को साल 2024 में दशहरा के दिन सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज किया जाएगा। शाहिद कपूर के अलावा इस फिल्म में पूजा हेगड़े अहम किरदार में नजर आने वाली हैं। वहीं, इस फिल्म का निर्माण बॉलीवुड फिल्ममेकर सिद्धार्थ रॉय कपूर के रॉय कपूर फिल्म्स के बैनर तले किया जा रहा है।
