बिग बॉस फेम एल्विश यादव को मिली बड़ी राहत। रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो, पुलिस ने गलती से लगा दिया था NDPS एक्ट। एल्विश यादव को इस एक्ट को गलती से लगने की वजह से जमानत में मुस्किले आ रही थी। लेकिन अब खबर आ रही है इस एक्ट को गलती से लगने की वजह से, इसे हटा दिया गया है। आपको बता दे की एल्विश यादव को पुलिस ने 17 मार्च को नॉएडा से गिरफ्तार कर, उन्हें 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में कारागार भेज दिया गया था।
पुलिस ने मानी अपनी गलती
पुलिस ने अपनी गलती मानते हुए कहा की, हमसे गलती से NDPS एक्ट के तहत 22 लगाना चाहिए था, भूलवश एक्ट 20 लगा दिया गया था। आपको बता दे की एक्ट 20 के तहत जमानत मिलना मुश्किल होता है। इस एक्ट के तहत 20 साल की सजा और जुर्माने का प्रवधान है। NDPS एक्ट के हटने के बाद एल्विश यादव को जमानत मिलने में आसानी हो सकती है।
बिग बॉस फेम एल्विश यादव को इस समय न्यायिक हिरासत में रखा गया है, जहाँ पर उन्हें नॉएडा के कारागार में भेजा गया है। नॉएडा की एक अदालत में इस केस चल रहा है। लेकिन वकीलों की हड़ताल होने की वजह से सुनवाई पूरी नहीं हो पा रही है।
एल्विश यादव को किया गया हाई सिक्योरिटी जेल में शिफ्ट
रिपोर्ट की माने तो एल्विश यादव को हाई सिक्योरिटी की जेल में शिफ्ट किया गया है। जगह पर एल्विश यादव से मिलने किसी को भी मंजूरी नहीं है। हाई सिक्योरिटी बैरक जेल में किसी भी अपराधी को किसी दूसरे अपराधी से मिलने की अनुमति नहीं होती है, इसे क्वारंटाइन जेल भी कहा जाता है। इस जबाईराक़ जेल में हमेसा ताले लगे होते है, और दो सिपाही इसकी निगरानी में रहते है।
मिल सकती है जमानत
खबरों की माने तो इस एक्ट के हटने के बाद, शायद एल्विश यादव को जमानत मिल सकती है। इससे पहले खबर आ रही थी की एल्विश यादव ने अपना गुनाह पुलिस के सामने कबूल कर लिया है। यहाँ तक रिपोर्ट में ये भी कहा गया की एल्विश यादव का सम्पर्क अन्य आरोपियों से भी था।
