Hamare Baarah Movie Release Date : बॉलीवुड फिल्म ‘हम दो हमारे बारह’ विवादों से घिरी एक फिल्म बन गई है। दरअसल फिल्म की रिलीज डेट पर बहुत बड़ा संकट मडरा रहा है। और मामला कोर्ट तक पहुंच गया। कोर्ट तक मामला पहुंचने के बाद इस फिल्म के रिलीज को लेकर रोक लगा दी गई है। लेकिन आज कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान इस फिल्म को लेकर एक अच्छी खबर निकल कर आ रही है। दरअसल निर्माता ने फिल्म में खुद ही दो डायलॉग कट करने की सहमति जताई है। इसके बाद हाईकोर्ट ने आज शुक्रवार को इस फिल्म को रिलीज करने की इजाजत दे दी है।

— ANI (@ANI) June 7, 2024आपको बता दे या फिल्म एक मुस्लिम समाज पर आधारित एक फिल्म है, और लोगों का यह मानना है। अगर यह फिल्म रिलीज होती है तो यह एक तरीके से समुदाय और सांप्रदायिक तनाव पैदा हो सकता है। मालूम हो कि मुंबई हाईकोर्ट ने इसकी रिलीज पर 14 जून तक रोक लगा दी थी। जिसके बाद से कर्नाटक सरकार ने फिल्म की रिलीज डेट पर दो सप्ताह या अगले आदेश तक बैन लगाया था। कर्नाटक सिनेमा अधिनियम के तहत 1964 की धाराओं को मद्दे नजर रखते हुए रिलीज पर यह कहते हुए प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया, कि अगर इस राज्य में रिलीज करने का अनुमति दी जाती है तो यह एक तरीके से सांप्रदायिक तनाव पैदा करने जैसा होगा। लेकिन आज मुंबई हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान इस फिल्म की रिलीज पर से रोक हटा दी गई है, और रिलीज करने की इजाजत दे दी गई है।
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार इस फिल्म का ट्रेलर देखने के बाद कई संगठन और प्रतिनिधिमंडलों ने अनुरोध पर विचार करने के बाद कर्नाटक सरकार ने रिलीज पर रोक लगाने का फैसला किया। सरकार ने अगले आगे देश तक कर्नाटक में फिल्म रिलीज नहीं होगी। सोशल मीडिया पर फिल्म के ट्रेलर को दिखाए गए कुछ संवादों पर आपत्ति जताई जा रही है। इसके चलते फिल्म की रिलीज डेट पर संकट मडरा रहा है।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के माने तो फिल्में में जिन दो संवादों पर आपत्ति जताई जा रही है। उस पर निर्माता ने उसे हटाने के लिए राजी हो गए है। इसके बाद से मुंबई हाई कोर्ट ने इस फिल्म की रिलीज को इजाजत दे दी है।
आपको बता दे की ‘हमारे बारह’ कहानी उत्तर प्रदेश की पृष्ठभूमि पर आधारित है और जनसंख्या वृद्धि के गंभीर मुद्दे को इस फिल्म के जरिए बताया गया है। अन्नू कपूर, मनोज जोशी, परितोष त्रिपाठी अभिनेत्री फिल्में अपनी घोषणा के बाद ही अपनी साहसिक कहानी और विषयों के लिए लोगों का ध्यान अपनी ओर आकर्षित किया है। इससे पहले फिल्म के निर्माता ने वर्षों का पुलिस स्टेशन में 24 में को शिकायत दर्ज की थी। कि उन्हें अज्ञात व्यक्तियों से सोशल मीडिया के जरिए लगातार जान से करने और बलात्कार की धमकियां मिल रही है।
