Adani Enterprises QIP News : अदानी समूह की फ्लैगशिप कंपनी अदानी एंटरप्राइजेज लिमिटेड ने QIP के जरिए 16,600 करोड रुपए जुटाने की तैयारी में है। आपको बता दे कि इस पैसे को जुटाने के लिए बोर्ड ने मंजूरी दे दी है। कंपनी के यह पैसा QIP के जरिए जुटाएगी। कंपनी ने शेयर बाजारों को बताया कि ‘बोर्ड ने 28 मई को ₹1 की फेस वैल्यू वाले इक्विटी शेयर या अन्य पात्र को मिलकर पैसे जुटाना की मंजूरी दे दी है। एक या अधिक चरणों में QIP को ला कर, कंपनी 16,600 करोड रुपए तक जुटाएगी। कंपनी 24 जून को होने वाली सालाना आम बैठक में इस पर शेयर धारकों को मंजूरी लेगी।
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार एक दिन पहले अदानी एनर्जी सॉल्यूशन के बोर्ड QIP के जरिए 12500 करोड रुपए तक जुटाने की मंजूरी दी थी। यह पूंजी इक्विटी शेयर या अन्य माध्यमों से जुटाए जानी थी। कंपनी ने शेयर बाजार को दी सूचना में कहा कि ‘इस बारे में 25 जून को होने वाली सालाना आम बैठक में शेयरधारकों से मंजूरी ली जाएगी। ‘बोर्ड ने ₹10 फेस वैल्यू वाले इक्विटी शेयर या अन्य पात्र को मिलाकर, यह 12500 करोड रुपए जुटायेगी। इसके जरिए एक या विभिन्न चरणों में QIP के माध्यम से 12500 करोड रुपए कंपनी में जुटाए जाएंगे।
खबरों के मुताबिक 16600 करोड रुपए जुटाए जाने की बोर्ड की मंजूरी मिलने पर, अदानी एंटरप्राइज के शेर की कीमत 28 मई को कोई असर देखने को नहीं मिल। शेयर लाल निशान में ही है। सुबह BSE पर यह बढ़त के साथ 3313.90 रुपए पर खुला था। लेकिन फिर इसमें गिरावट आई कंपनी का शेयर मार्केट कैप हजार 3.72 लाख करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा है। विशेषज्ञों को मानना है कि अदानी एंटरप्राइज के स्टॉक को बेंचमार्क S&P BSE Sensex सेंसेक्स में शामिल किया जाएगा।
कंपनी का यह कहना है कि यह QIP करके जो भी पैसा कंपनी जुटायेगी वह कंपनी के विकास में लगाएगी और कंपनी के ऊपर कर्ज को काम करेगी। आपको बता दे की अदानी इंटरप्राइजेज में इन दिनों शेयर में घटाव देखने को मिल रहा है।
