Arvind Kejariwal: अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहाँ “आप पार्टी ने नहीं ली एक भी रुपये की रिश्वत, ईडी की गिरफ़्तारी आधारहीन है “
Arvind Kejariwal News In Hindi : अरविंद केजरीवाल से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और नीति आयोग के घोटाले में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को याचिका पर सुनवाई करने का आदेश दिया था। इस सुनवाई में अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ याचिका दायर की थी। आपको बता दें कि गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ दर्ज याचिका को हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया था। जिसके बाद से अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस याचिका को स्वीकृत करते हुए इस पर सुनवाई का आदेश सोमवार को दिया आज यानी 29 अप्रैल 2024 को इस याचिका पर सुनवाई की जाएगी।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पिछले सुनवाई में एड को लिया था निशाने पर
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक इससे पहले 27 अप्रैल को दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान परिवर्तन निदेशालय यानि ईडी के हलफनामे का जवाब देते हुए कहा था, “कि लोकसभा चुनाव के कार्यक्रम की घोषणा और आचार संहिता लागू होने से ठीक पहले उन्हें जिस तरीके से गिरफ्तार किया गया, इससे ऐसा साबित होता है की ईडी अपनी मनमानी की कई वजह बता रही है।
कोर्ट में क्या-क्या अरविंद केजरीवाल ने
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक इस हलफ़नामे में पर दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा, “कि मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और नीति आयोग से जुड़े कोई भी सबूत बरामद नहीं किए गए हैं। आगे रहते हुए अरविंद केजरीवाल कहते हैं, कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने दक्षिण समूह से फंड या रिश्वत नहीं ली है। उन्होंने कहा कि गोवा में हुए चुनाव अभियान के दौरान उपयोग किए गए धन की तो बात दूर की है। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपने हलफनामे में यह कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने एक भी रुपया रिश्वत के तौर पर नहीं लिया है। उन पर बिना किसी ठोस सबूत के आरोप लगाए गए हैं। दिल्ली के सीएम ने कहा कि उन पर लगाया गया आरोप आधारहीन है।
आपको बता दे कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को मनी लर्निंग और नीति आयोग घोटाले में 21 मार्च को ईडी ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को रिमांड पर भेज दिया था। जहां पर ईडी से पूछताछ करती। बीते दिनों कोर्ट ने उनकी न्याय की रियासत 7 मई तक बढ़ा दी थी। केजरीवाल की पार्टी के मनीष सिसोदिया अभी दिल्ली शराब घोटाले केस में करीब डेढ़ साल से बिहार जेल में बंद थे। इसके अलावा तेलंगाना के पूर्व सीएम के कर की बेटी के.कविता इस मामले में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद है।
