Swami Prasad Maurya Arrest Warrant Issue : बिना तलाक़ लिए धोखाधड़ी करके दूसरी शादी करने की आरोपी स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य की पुत्री व सांसद संघमित्रा और वादी के साथ मारपीट,गालीगलौज, जानमाल की धमकी व साज़िश रचने के आरोपी स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्या, नीरज तिवारी, सूर्यप्रकाश शुक्ला उर्फ़ चिंटू तथा रितिक सिंह के कोर्ट में हाज़िर न होने पर कोर्ट ने सभी आरोपियों के ख़िलाफ़ गिरफ़्तारी वारंट जारी किया है।
एमपीएमएलए कोर्ट के विशेष एसीजेएम अम्बरीश श्रीवास्तव ने मामले की अगली सुनवाई के लिए 16 अप्रैल की तारीख़ तय की है। कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि आरोपी कोर्ट में हाज़िर होने से बच रहे है लिहाज़ा उनके ख़िलाफ़ गिरफ़्तारी वारंट जारी किया जाता है। बता दें कि परिवाद में आरोप है कि वादी और संघमित्रा वर्ष 2016 से लिव इन रिलेशन में रह रहे थे।
बताया गया कि संघमित्रा और उसके पिता स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य ने परिवादी को बताया कि संघमित्रा की पूर्व शादी से तलाक़ हो गया है लिहाज़ा परिवादी ने 3 जनवरी 2019 को संघमित्रा से उसके घर पर शादी कर ली। वहीं संघमित्रा ने 2019 के चुनाव में शपथ पत्र देकर ख़ुद को अविवाहित बताया जबकि बाद में वादी को पता चला की संघमित्रा का मई 2021 में तलाक़ हुआ था।
जब वादी ने वर्ष 2021 में विधि विधान से विवाह करने के लिए कहा तो आरोपी स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्या ने वादी के ऊपर कई बार विभिन्न स्थानों पर अन्य आरोपीयो से जानलेवा हमला कराया।
