- रखरखाव बिना ओवरब्रिज बदहाली का शिकार
लखनऊ: चारबाग स्थित नाका से हैदरगंज चौराहे को जोड़ने के लिए ऐशबाग रेलवे ओवरब्रिज सेतु का काम करता है। पुराने लखनऊ से लेकर राजाजीपुरम तक बड़ी आबादी इस पुल से रोज गुजरती है। इस पुल को सीआरआरआई ने सितंबर 2018 में ही जर्जर घोषित कर दिया था। इस ओवरब्रिज पर भारी वाहनों का प्रवेश बंद है।
रखरखाव के बिना यह सेतु बदहाली का शिकार हो गया है। पुल पर सुरक्षा के लिए लगीं जालियां भी गायब हो चुकी हैं। ओवरब्रिज के दोनों ओर केवल दो फिट ऊंची लोहे की ग्रिल लगी हैं, जिससे नीचे रेलवे ट्रैक पर गिरने से जान जाने का खतरा बना रहता है। जालियों के अभाव में रेलवे ट्रैक पर गिरने से कोई बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है। रेलवे और न लोक निर्माण विभाग के जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को कोई फिक्र है। शायद जिम्मेदारों को किसी बड़े हादसे का इंतजार है।
पुल से रेलवे ट्रैक पर कूदने का बना रहता है खतरा
ओवरब्रिज पर लगीं लोहे की ग्रिल सुरक्षा के लिए नाकाफी हैं। पुल के ऊपर से रेलवे ट्रैक के दोनों ओर जाली न होने से रेलवे ट्रैक पर कूदने का खतरा बना रहता है। रेलवे ट्रैक के ठीक ऊपर ओवरब्रिज पर सुरक्षा के लिए लगीं जालियां गायब हैं। यहां से कोई भी आसानी से सीधे ट्रैक पर गिर सकता है। जबकि रेलवे ट्रैक के ठीक ऊपर सुरक्षा जालियां लगी होनी चाहिए।
सड़क सुरक्षा के तहत इस बार यह कार्ययोजना में है। एक दो महीने में स्वीकृति मिल जाने पर जाली लगाने का कार्य हो जाएगा। ट्रैक के ऊपर रेलवे देखता है, एप्रोच पर पीडब्ल्यूडी लगवा देगा। सत्येंद्र नाथ, अधिशासी अभियंता, लोक निर्माण विभाग
