आज से धान और श्रीअन्न की खरीद… 48 घंटे में होगा भुगतान, पश्चिमी यूपी में तैयारी पूरी
योगी सरकार ने खरीफ विपणन वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए धान और श्रीअन्न (मोटे अनाज) की खरीद की तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। पहली अक्टूबर से प्रदेश के पश्चिमी हिस्सों और लखनऊ संभाग के कुछ जिलों में धान खरीद शुरू होगी। पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश और लखनऊ के अन्य जिलों में यह प्रक्रिया पहली नवंबर से प्रारंभ होगी। इसी के साथ ‘श्रीअन्न’ की खरीद भी पहली अक्टूबर से सभी जगह शुरू हो जाएगी। जिसमें मक्का, बाजरा और ज्वार शामिल हैं।
खाद्य व रसद विभाग के अनुसार धान खरीद पश्चिमी यूपी और लखनऊ संभाग के हरदोई, लखीमपुर खीरी, सीतापुर में बुधवार से शुरू होगी। यह प्रक्रिया पश्चिमी यूपी में 31 जनवरी 2026 तक चलेगी। पूर्वी यूपी व लखनऊ, रायबरेली और उन्नाव में 1 नवंबर से धान की खरीद शुरू होगी, जो 28 फरवरी 2026 तक चलेगी। सरकार ने धान का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य कॉमन के लिए 2369 और ग्रेड-ए के लिए 2389 रुपये प्रति कुंतल तय किया है।
इसी तरह श्रीअन्न की खरीद भी 1 अक्टूबर से 31 दिसंबर तक चलेगी। इसमें बाजरा का 2775 रुपये, मक्का का 2400 रुपये, ज्वार (मालदांडी) का 3749 रुपये और ज्वार (हाइब्रिड) का 3699 रुपये प्रति कुंतल एमएसपी निर्धारित किया गया है। सरकार ने किसानों को 48 घंटे के भीतर भुगतान कराने का निर्देश दिया है। भुगतान सीधे आधार लिंक्ड बैंक खातों में होगा। धान और मोटे अनाज की खरीद केवल पंजीकृत किसानों से ही की जाएगी। इसके लिए किसानों को fcs.up.gov.in या यूपी किसान मित्र ऐप पर पंजीकरण कराना अनिवार्य है। क्रय केंद्र सुबह 9 से शाम 5 बजे तक खुले रहेंगे। पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए खरीद ई-पॉप (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्वाइंट ऑफ परचेज) डिवाइस के जरिए बायोमीट्रिक सत्यापन से होगी।
