Voda-Idea FPO : फाइनेंसियल मुस्किलो से जूझ रही, वोडा और आईडिया कंपनी अगले हफ्ते तक अपना FPO ला सकती है। सूत्रों की माने तो, इस FPO का साइज लगभग 18 से लेकर 20 हज़ार करोड़ का हो सकता है। आपको बता दे जब से जिओ ने टेलीकॉम इंडस्ट्री में कदम रखा है, तब से टेलकम इंडस्ट्री में, जहाँ वोडाफोन, आईडिया , एयरटेल राज करते थे, उन्हें अब फाइनेंसियल दिक्कतों से लड़ना पद रहा है।
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, वादा-आईडिया के FPO से, मार्केट में ज्यादा कुछ असर नहीं देखने को मिला है। फ़िलहाल वोडा और आईडिया BSE पर 0.77 % के साथ 12.81 रुपये के भाव पर चल रहा है। इसके साथ ही NSE पर 0.78 % की गिरावट के साथ 12.80 रुपये के भाव पर चल रहा है। पिछले साल जहा पर वोडा और आईडिया के शेयर प्राइस 7 रुपये के भाव पर चल रहे थे। वही अब साल 2024 में वही भाव 108% की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 12.81 रुपये पर NSE पर चल रहे है। इन आकड़ो को देख के साफ पता चल रहा है की एक साल के अंदर वादा और आईडिया के शेयर में काफी बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली है।
देश का सबसे बड़ा FPO हो सकता है वोडा और आईडिया का
रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो, वोडा और आईडिया का FPO जो की अगले हफ्ते आने वाला है , वो देश का सबसे बड़ा FPO हो सकता है। इससे पहले, सबसे बड़ा FPO यस बैंक का आ चूका है। जिसकी साइज 15 हज़ार करोड़ की थी। इस FPO के बाद, खबर आयी थी की अडानी ग्रुप की कंपनी अडाणी इंटरप्राइजेज भी अपना FPO ले कर आ रहा था। इस FPO की साइज 20000 हज़ार करोड़ थी। हलाकि बाद में इस FPO को अडानी ग्रुप ने वापस ले लिया था। अगर ये FPO हो जाता तो, ये देश का सबसे बड़ा FPO होता।
FPO क्या होता है ?
एफपीओ का मतलब होता है फॉलो-ऑन पब्लिक ऑफरिंग, जिसमे कंपनी अपने पहले से ही स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में लिस्ट होती है। एफपीओ में कंपनी अपने नए शेयर पब्लिक को ऑफर करती है। आईपीओ यानी इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग के तहत कंपनी अपने शेयर को जारी कर फण्ड इकट्ठा करती है। जिसके बाद कंपनी एफपीओ ला कर, अपने नए शेयर जारी कर , और फण्ड उठा सकती है। इस प्रक्रिया को एफपीओ कहा जाता है।
