Voda-Idea FPO : FPO के पैसो से क्या करेगी कंपनी, आइये जानते है !
Voda-Idea FPO : वोडाफोन और आईडिया अपना FPO यानि Follow on Public Offer ले कर आ रही है। भारत देश में वोडाफोन और आईडिया, तीसरी सबसे बड़ी टेलीकॉम कंपनी है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, FPO से आने वाले पैसे को कंपनी अपने 4G और 5G नेटवर्क और स्पेक्टरम के बकाया पेमेंट में करेगी। कंपनी ने बीते दिनों अपने RHP में बताया की, FPO 18 अप्रैल को खुलेगा और 22 अप्रैल को बंद हो जायेगा। कंपनी ने इस FPO के लिए 10-12 रुपये प्रति शेयर का प्राइस बंद तय किया है। निवेशको को इस FPO में भाग लेने के लिए, कम से कम 1298 शेयर की बोली लगनी पड़ेगी।
कंपनी के इस FPO से कुल 12750 करोड़ रुपये इकट्ठा करेगी। कंपनी इन पैसो का इस्तेमाल अपने इंफ्रास्रक्चर और 5G नेटवर्क को बढ़ाने में करेगी। इसके साथ ही कंपनी इन पैसो से इक्विपमेंट भी खरीदेगी। कंपनी अपने मौजूदा 4G नेटवर्क को और भी ज्यादा जगहों पर स्थपित करेगी। इसके साथ FPO में जुटाए गए पैसो को दो वित्तीय वर्षो में खर्च करेगी। इस वित्तीय वर्ष में कंपनी 6620 करोड़ रुपये एवं अगले वित्तीय वर्ष में 6130 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करेगी।
वोडा-आईडिया के पास 8.005.2 मेगाहर्ट्ज स्पेक्ट्रम है
वोडा आईडिया ने अपने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा है “31 दिसंबर, 2023 को हमारे पास कुल 8,005.2 MHz स्पेक्ट्रम थे। ये अलग-अलग फ्रीक्वेंसी बैंड्स के थे। इसमें से 7,975.2 मेगाहर्ट्ज लिबलाइज्ड हैं और इनका इस्तेमाल किसी टेक्नोलॉजी के इस्तेमाल के लिए हो सकता है। इनमें 4जी और 5जी शामिल हैं” इसके साथ ही आगे कहा की कम्पानी के पास दो लाख से भी ज्यादा की 4G साइट्स है जो की 4G टेक्नोलॉजी पर काम कर रही है।
कंपनी बढ़ाएगी 5G नेटवर्क को
रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो, कंपनी अपने 5G नेटवर्क को बढ़ाने में FPO के पैसो का इस्तेमाल करेगी। कंपनी ने प्लान किया है इस वर्ष दस हज़ार नए 5G साइट्स बनाने का वही अगले वित्तीय वर्ष में, इसे बढ़ा कर 12000 हज़ार करने का प्लान है। जिसके लिए कंपनी दोनों वित्तीय वर्ष मिलकर 8820 करोड़ रुपये निवेश करेगी। इसके साथ बाकि बचे पैसो को, डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ टेलीकॉम और GST को फीस पाय करेगी।
शेयर में आयी भरी गिरावट
FPO से कंपनी के शेयर प्रिसी में खास कुछ देखने को नहीं मिला। लेकिन 12 अप्रैल 2024 को कंपनी के शेयर 4.25 % की गिरावट देखने को मिली। जिसके बाद शेयर प्राइस 12.40 रुपये पर चल रहा है। इसके साथ ही पांच दिन पहले 6.42 की गिरावट देखने को मिली थी।
