ब्रुसेल्स [बेल्जियम]: यूरोप के कई देशों के हवाई अड्डों पर बड़े साइबर हमले की खबर सामने आ रही है। इससे बेल्जियम की राजधानी ब्रुसेल्स, ब्रिटिश की राजधानी लंदन के हीथ्रो एयरपोर्ट और जर्मनी की राजधानी बर्लिन जैसे प्रमुख यूरोपीय हवाई अड्डों पर शनिवार को सैकड़ों उड़ानें प्रभावित हुईं। इनमें से ज्यादातर उड़ानें रद्द कर दी गईं या फिर देरी से हुई। इस साइबर हमले ने चेक-इन और बोर्डिंग सिस्टम को संचालित करने वाले सेवा प्रदाता को निशाना बनाया।
साइबर हमले के बाद कंप्यूटर सिस्टम जाम
ब्रुसेल्स एयरपोर्ट ने पुष्टि की कि शुक्रवार रात हुए इस हमले के कारण उनके स्वचालित सिस्टम बंद हो गए, जिससे केवल मैनुअल चेक-इन और बोर्डिंग संभव हो सकी। एयरपोर्ट ने कहा, “19 सितंबर की रात हमारे सेवा प्रदाता पर साइबर हमला हुआ, जो चेक-इन और बोर्डिंग सिस्टम के लिए जिम्मेदार है और यह हमला कई यूरोपीय हवाई अड्डों को प्रभावित करता है, जिनमें ब्रुसेल्स एयरपोर्ट भी शामिल है।”
समस्या का समाधान ढूंढ़ने में जुटे एक्सपर्ट
एयरपोर्ट ने यह भी बताया कि सेवा प्रदाता इस समस्या को हल करने में सक्रिय रूप से काम कर रहा है और यात्रियों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे हवाई अड्डे पर जाने से पहले अपनी उड़ान की स्थिति अपनी एयरलाइन से जांच लें। इसके साथ ही यात्रियों से कहा गया है कि शेंगेन उड़ानों के लिए दो घंटे पहले और अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों के लिए तीन घंटे पहले हवाई अड्डे पर पहुंचें। लंदन हीथ्रो एयरपोर्ट ने बताया कि कई एयरलाइनों को चेक-इन और बोर्डिंग सिस्टम प्रदान करने वाला Collins Aerospace तकनीकी समस्या का सामना कर रहा है। इससे प्रस्थान कर रहे यात्रियों को देरी हो सकती है।”
2-3 घंटे पहले न पहुंचें
हीथ्रो एयरपोर्ट ने यात्रियों से अपील की है कि वे लंबी दूरी की उड़ानों के लिए तीन घंटे से अधिक और घरेलू उड़ानों के लिए दो घंटे से अधिक समय पहले हवाई अड्डे पर न पहुंचें। हीथ्रो एयरपोर्ट ने कहा, “जब तक प्रदाता समस्या का समाधान करता है, हम यात्रियों को सलाह देते हैं कि वे यात्रा करने से पहले अपनी उड़ान की स्थिति अपनी एयरलाइन से जांच लें। चेक-इन क्षेत्रों में अतिरिक्त कर्मचारी मौजूद हैं ताकि व्यवधान को कम किया जा सके।”
सेवाएं बहाल होने की सटीक समय बताना असंभव
बर्लिन एयरपोर्ट ने भी चेक-इन पर लंबी प्रतीक्षा का उल्लेख किया और बताया कि यह समस्या यूरोप में एक “सिस्टम प्रदाता” के तकनीकी दोष के कारण है। उन्होंने कहा कि समस्या के जल्दी समाधान के लिए टीम काम कर रही है। अधिकारियों और एयरलाइनों ने सेवाओं के पूर्ण बहाल होने का कोई समय सीमा नहीं दी है। (ANI)
