Patanjali News Latest: पतंजलि के भ्रामक विज्ञापन पर कोर्ट ने लगाई फटकार, सुनवाई आज, रामदेव और बालकृष्णा मौजूद
Patanjali News Latest : पतंजलि के भ्रामक विज्ञापन की सुनवाई आज कोर्ट में होने जा रही है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पिछले दिनों बाबा रामदेव इससे भ्रामक विज्ञापन की सुनवाई कोर्ट ने 19 अप्रैल को तय की थी। जिसमें कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया था, की सुनवाई के दौरान बाबा रामदेव और उनके सहयोगी बालकृष्ण कोर्ट में मौजूद रहेंगे। 19 अप्रैल की सुनवाई के बाद, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पतंजलि के भ्रामक विज्ञापन के मामले में सुनवाई को 23 अप्रैल की तारीख तय की थी। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक बाबा रामदेव ने बिना किसी शर्त के ही अपने भ्रामक विज्ञापन पर माफी मांगी थी।
सूत्रों के मुताबिक न्यायमूर्ति हिमा कोहली और न्यायमूर्ति अहसानुद्दीन अमानुल्लाह की पीठ में उनकी माफी को संज्ञान में लेते हुए कोर्ट ने बाबा रामदेव और उनके सहयोगी बालकृष्ण को फटकार लगाते हुए कहा कि “आप काम अच्छा कर रहे हैं लेकिन आप एलोपैथी को नीचा नहीं दिखा सकते ” कोर्ट की इस बात पर बाबा रामदेव ने कहा कि हमारा कोई उद्देश्य नहीं है, कोर्ट के निर्देशों का अनादर करने की। इस पर कोर्ट ने बालकृष्ण को कहा कि वह इतने निर्दोष नहीं है कि उन्हें पता ही नहीं है कि कोर्ट ने इस मामले में पहले क्या निर्देश दिए थे।
आपको बता दे कि पिछले बीते दिनों पतंजलि अपने भ्रामक विज्ञापन को लेकर सुर्खियों में है। तथा इस बारे में कोर्ट में सुनवाई चल रही है। आपको बता दे की कोर्ट ने बाबा रामदेव और बालकृष्ण को इस बात पर फटकार लगाई की उनके वकील ने बीते दिनों यह कहा था कि “आगे से वह हर एक चीज पर ध्यान देंगे और विज्ञापन से जुड़े सारी चीजों को अच्छे से जांच करने के बाद ही उन्हें विज्ञापित किया जाएगा। ” उसके साथ ही बाबा रामदेव ने मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए अदालत को अच्छा खासा नाराज कर दिया था। इस बात को कोर्ट ने संज्ञान में लेते हुए सुनवाई की और तथा यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने अपने का ही बातों का उल्लंघन किया है।
