यूपी के कानपुर का एक मासूम बच्चा इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के जज के सामने अनोखी गुहार लेकर पहुंचा 5 साल के बच्चे ने हाई कोर्ट में याचिका लगाई की स्कूल के पास शराब का ठेका है ऐसे में वहां आए दिन शराबी सुबह से हद मचाने लगते हैं जिससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई प्रभावित होती है इस याचिका पर हाईकोर्ट ने सुनवाई करते हुए यूपी सरकार से तीन हफ्ते में जवाब मांगा है
दरअसल कानपुर में एक स्कूल में एलकेजी में पढ़ने वाले 5 साल के बच्चे अथर्व ने अपने परिजनों की मदद से जनहित याचिका दाखिल की है इसमें उसने बताया कि उसके स्कूल के पास ही शराब का ठेका है जहां आए दिन शराबी हद मचाते हैं इस वजह से पढ़ाई पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है मामले की सुनवाई में हाईकोर्ट ने यूपी सरकार से पूछा है कि शराब के ठेके का नवीनीकरण हर साल कैसे होता जा रहा है।
13 मार्च को होगी अगली सुनवाई
अथर्व के कहने पर उसके परिवार वालों ने कानपुर के अफसर से लेकर यूपी सरकार तक कई बार शिकायत की लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई दलील दी गई के यह स्कूल 2019 में खुला है जबकि शराब का ठेका तकरीबन 30 साल पुराना है इस पर अथर्व ने अपने परिवार वालों से मदद लेकर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में जनहित याचिका दाखिल की है मामले की सुनवाई जस्टिस मनोज कुमार गुप्ता और जस्टिस क्षितिज शैलेंद्र की डिवीजन बेंच पर हुई मामले की अगली सुनवाई 13 मार्च को फ्रेश केस के तौर पर होगी
