Delhi News : महाठग सुकेश चंद्रशेखर से उगाही के मामले में सत्येंद्र जैन की बढ़ी मुश्किलें, होगी जांच !
Delhi News : आप नेता रह चुके सत्येंद्र जैन के ऊपर महाठग सुकेश चंद्रशेखर से 10 करोड़ रुपये की उगाही लेने के मामले में, कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को जांच की मंजूरी दे दी है। कोर्ट ने ये भी आदेश दिया है की इस जांच की रिपोर्ट जल्द से जल्द जमा की जाये। सूत्रों की माने तो सत्येंद्र जैन को पुलिस ने मनी लांड्री के केस में गिरफ्तार कर लिए गए थे। इस समय सत्येंद्र जैन जेल में बंद है।
दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना ने धारा 17ए के तहत जैन पर पर उगाही के मेल में सीबीआई जांच का प्रस्ताव गृह मंत्रालय को भेज दी थी। खबरों की माने तो सत्येंद्र जैन ने जेल में आराम से रहने के लिए महाठग से पैसे मांगे गए थे। आपको बता दे की सत्येंद्र जैन और महाठग दोनों एक ही जेल में बंद है। खबरों की मने तो जेल में बंद सत्येंद्र जैन ने अधिकारियो पर अपने सुविधा के लिए दबाव डालने की कोशिश की गयी थी।
