Arvind Kejariwal: गिरफ़्तारी की याचिका पर आज सुनवाई, गिरफ़्तारी को बताया अवैध
Arvind Kejariwal News In Hindi : अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी के बाद सियासी गलियारों में एक हलचल सी मची हुई है। उसके साथ ही अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर जो याचिका दर्ज की गयी थी। हाई कोर्ट में उसे खारिज कर दिया गया था। जिसके बाद से इस याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर किया गया। इस याचिका पर सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। जहां पर कोर्ट ने या पूछा कि आपने गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ ट्रायल कोर्ट में क्यों नहीं याचिका दायर की। इस पर अरविंद केजरीवाल की तरफ से लड़ रहे वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा किसके कई कारण है, जिसमें वैसे एक यह है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी अवैध है।
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक दिल्ली के शराब घोटाले और नीति मामले में अरविंद केजरीवाल तिहाड़ जेल में बंद है। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर अपनी गिरफ्तारी को लेकर। जिस पर सोमवार को सुनवाई होने पर कोर्ट में लड़ रहे वकील अभिषेक मनु सांगवी ने कहा उनकी गिरफ्तारी अवैध है। और उनकी हिरासत भी अवैध है। आम चुनाव से पहले यह गिरफ्तारी की गई है। केजरीवाल ने अपनी याचिका में यह भी कहा कि राजनीतिक पार्टी एक चुनी हुई सरकार को गिराने की कोशिश में लगी हुई है। इस पर कोर्ट में अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि किसी को भी केवल अपराध के सबूत मिलने पर ही गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है, सिर्फ संदेह के आधार पर नहीं।
जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना और जस्टिस दीपंकर दत्ता की पीठ में याचिका पर सुनवाई की गई सोमवार को सुनवाई के दौरान अभिषेक मनु सांगवी ने कहा, कि किसी को भी अपराध का सबूत मिलने पर ही गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता, संदेह के आधार पर नहीं। इस पर कोर्ट ने कहा कि बार-बार समन जारी होने के बाद भी एजेंसी के सामने पेश न होने की स्थिति में, जांच अधिकारियों के पास कोई ऑप्शन नहीं था। इस पर वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी कहते हैं कि जब गिरफ्तारी के लिए ईडी सीएम आवास आ सकती है, तो बयान दर्ज करने के लिए क्यों नहीं आ सकती।
आपको बता दे कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपनी गिरफ्तारी को लेकर याचिका दायर की थी। जिस पर सुनवाई सोमवार को होनी थी। सुनवाई के दौरान अरविंद केजरीवाल की तरफ से लड़ रहे वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने इस गिरफ्तारी को अवैध बताया तथा एक राजनीतिक पार्टी को गिरने की साजिश की जा रही है।
