Swati Maliwal Case : आम आदमी पार्टी की राज्यसभा शानदार स्वाति मालीवाल के केस में एक नया रख ले लिया है दरअसल खबरों के मुताबिक मारपीट मामले की जांच के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस ने एक विशेष जांच लियानी सीट की गठन किया है इसमें पहले सोमवार को शाम दिल्ली पुलिस की टीम वो कुमार को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री आवास पहुंची इस दौरान उत्तरी जिले के अतिरिक्त पुलिस उपयुक्त अजीत चिपयाना समेत कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद थे.

— ANI Digital (@ani_digital) May 21, 2024आपको बता दें कि पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि स्वाति मालीवाल मामले में विशेष जांच दल (SIT) का गठन कर दिया गया है। जो कि स्वाति मालीवाल केस पर काम करेगी। एक सप्ताह पहले आम आदमी पार्टी की राज्यसभा सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल ने मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल के पीए विभव कुमार ने मारपीट की। एसआईटी टीम का नेतृत्व उत्तरी जिले की एडिशनल डीजीपी अंजीथा चेपयाना करेंगी।
आपको बता दे (SIT) टीम के अंतर्गत तीन इंस्पेक्टर के अधिकारी भी एसआईटी टीम का हिस्सा है. इसके साथ ही सिविल लाइन थाना पुलिस के वह अधिकारी भी शामिल है, जिन्होंने मामला दर्ज किया था। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि एसआईटी अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सौंपेगी।
पुलिस सूत्रों के मुताबिक 13 मई को सुबह क्या-क्या हुआ। इस घटनाक्रम को जानने के लिए पुलिस बिभव की मौजूदगी में सीन दोहराया। सूत्रों का कहना है वो पूछताछ में ज्यादा सहयोग नहीं कर रहे थे। वह हां या ना में ही जवाब दे रहे थे। पुलिस उनसे पूछताछ कर केस से जुड़ी एक-एक कड़ी को जोड़ने का प्रयास कर रही है।
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया हिरासत के दौरान दूसरे दिन भी विभव ने पुलिस की जांच में सहयोग नहीं किया। वह लगातार स्वाति मालीवाल से मारपीट करने की बात से इनकार कर रहे थे। हालांकि मामला दर्ज होने के बाद वह भाग क्यों गए और उन्होंने अपना मोबाइल क्यों फॉर्मेट किया। उनके पास इसका कोई जवाब नहीं। सूत्रों का कहना है पुलिस ने घटना वाले दिन सीएम आवास पर तैनात कर्मचारी, सुरक्षा कर्मियों और अधिकारियों की लिस्ट तैयार कर ली है। अब पुलिस उनसे एक-एक कर घटनाक्रम के बारे में पूछताछ करेगी पुलिस ने सोमवार को कुछ लोगों के बयान दर्ज किए हैं।
