समाजवादी पार्टी के नेता Azam Khan से जुड़ा डूंगरपुर के एक और मामले में फैसला आ गया है। कोर्ट ने इस मामले में सपा नेता आज़म खान समेत 4 को बरी कर दिया है। सपा नेता आज़म खान के खिलाफ 2019 में डूंगरपुर बस्ती में रहने वाले ने बस्ती को खाली करने के नाम पर लूटपाट, मारपीट, छेड़खानी अन्य समेत धाराओं में गंज थाने में 12 मुकदमे दर्ज कराए गए थे।
जिनमें से चार मुकदमा में फैसला आ चुका है , दो मामलों में सपा नेता बरी हो चुके जबकि दो में सजा हो चुकी है। सपा नेता फिलहाल सीतापुर जेल में बंद है। बस्ती निवासी द्वारा दर्ज कराए गए मुकदमे में दोनों पाछो की ओर से बहस पूरी होने के बाद सोमवार को कोर्ट ने इस मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया।
कोर्ट ने सपा नेता आज़म खान को साक्ष्य में अभाव में बरी कर दिया था। कोर्ट ने से पहले उनके करीबी रह चुके फसाहत अली खां शानू, इमरान, इकराम, शावेज खां, ठेकेदार बरकत अली को भी साक्ष्य के अभाव में बरी कर दिया था। सपा नेता अधिवक्ता जुबैर खां ने बताया कोर्ट ने सोमवार को इस मामले में सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया।
