जब संविधान की रक्षा करने वाला खुद इस्तीफा दे… तो समझ जाइए अंदर कुछ बहुत गड़बड़ है। उपराष्ट्रपति का जाना क्या सिर्फ स्वास्थ्य कारण है, या सत्ता से टकराव का नतीजा?
1. अचानक इस्तीफा – सवालों का तूफान
21 जुलाई की रात उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ ने अचानक इस्तीफा दे दिया। बताया गया कि ये “स्वास्थ्य कारणों” की वजह से हुआ। लेकिन राजनीति के गलियारों में ये महज़ एक बहाना माना जा रहा है।
क्यों?
क्योंकि इस्तीफे से ठीक पहले, उन्होंने संसद में एक संवेदनशील न्यायिक प्रस्ताव (जस्टिस वर्मा मुद्दा) को लेकर आपत्ति जताई थी – और सत्ता पक्ष से उनका स्वर टकरा रहा था।
2. विपक्ष का सवाल – ‘स्वास्थ्य नहीं, सत्ता दबाव वजह है’
कांग्रेस, JMM और TMC जैसे दलों ने साफ कहा है:
“धनखड़ साहब का इस्तीफा सामान्य नहीं है। यह दर्शाता है कि वो सरकार के दबाव में थे – और असहमति की कोई जगह नहीं थी।”

ये लोकतंत्र के लिए चेतावनी है
